Terms of Service

Welcome to CrafterCore! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept things simple so you know exactly how we work.

1. About CrafterCore

CrafterCore (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an Illinois-based small business that creates and sells apparel and accessories for makers and creatives.

2. Ordering & Fulfillment

All products are printed and fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand partner. Each item is made to order just for you. Because of that, once an order has been placed, it can’t be changed or canceled.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We primarily ship within the United States but also offer international shipping.

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, contact us at heycraftercore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style preference.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce using trusted third-party payment providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, text, and logos — belongs to CrafterCore. Please don’t reproduce or resell our work without permission.

6. Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly, but we can’t be responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment partners once your package leaves our hands.
